All our buffalo milk comes from PDO areas and is split up as follows: 25 farms in the Caserta area, 7 in lower Lazio and, finally, 2 COOPERATIVES in the AGRO PONTINO; all of them are monitored by their respective health institutions: ASL, MIPAF, CFS, NAS, DQA while all the sheds are constantly monitored by our company.
